Stand Before Kings - Economics of Calling

Keynote · Workshop · Retreat

Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will stand before kings. — Proverbs 22:29

That promise belongs to every believer. Most never claim it.

People in our churches know they were made for more. They feel it. But between the noise of daily life and the quiet of unanswered calling, they stay exactly where they are — faithful, but unfulfilled. This talk gives them the push to answer the call.

Christian Ray Flores

Refugee. Recording Artist. Entrepreneur. Pastor. Philanthropist.

Christian Ray Flores was a refugee at 5. By 7, he had lived in 4 countries. By 21, he had witnessed a military coup in Chile, a civil war in Mozambique, and the fall of the Soviet Empire — not in textbooks, but in person.

By 25 he was performing for millions across 15 countries — a recording artist and producer. By every measure, he had made it. But a profound brokenness could not be filled by fortune and fame. At the peak of his career, Christian became a follower of Jesus — and everything changed.

He left the stage for the pulpit — pastoring churches in Russia, Ukraine, and the United States, while bivocationally building three businesses, two nonprofits, and philanthropic work spanning four continents. The gifts that built a career had been surrendered for a calling.

Today Christian works at the intersection of faith and marketplace — helping leaders build personal platforms that reflect not just what they do, but who they were made to be.

There are great stories and there are great storytellers. When you get both in one person, it really makes for an impact moment.
