write out 10–20 names
add:

add letters:
S = safe to process pain H = calls you higher
V = shares your values L = love is felt
W = gives and receives wisdom
share your friendship map with the cohort
the names with most letters and ^ - nurture those
write your name how would they see you?
what needs to shift?
assignment 2:
find a moment in life before a major disruption in life
write a letter to your younger self
highlight patterns of normal, disruption, new normal
read your letter out loud after you write it
read it to your cohort
what do you see in that arc?
can you gleam your vitality?
this is the core DNA of your brand
